- This promotion is valid for purchases made between 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 through the official iSONIC online store.
- Cashback rewards are applicable only to eligible purchases made during the promotional period, excluding shipping fees, and are subject to verification by the Organiser.
- Customers are required to register and maintain a Nine App account using the same mobile number provided during the purchase checkout process.
- Cashback rewards can only be credited if the mobile number used for the purchase matches the mobile number registered with the Nine App account. Failure to provide matching mobile numbers may result in the cashback reward being rejected.
- Eligible customers will receive a notification via email and/or WhatsApp confirming the cashback amount awarded upon successful verification of their purchase.
- Cashback rewards will be credited into the customer's Nine App eWallet within three (3) working days from the date the cashback notification is issued.
- Any enquiries, requests, or claims relating to products purchased from the iSONIC online store, including but not limited to order fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty matters, and defective or damaged products, shall be directed to iSONIC Customer Support.
